Recovery is going smoothly. Been trying to speed things up. Just that the lack of iron and vitamins are holding me back.
Completed my first race of the year in the Men’s Health Urbanathlon. By far, the most challenging one. With no training and coming off from a surgery, it was indeed a relief to complete it.
